Here are some common questions about our fitness center.

Refunding Policy

After the free trial session, the booked and confirmed package will not, under any circumstances be refunded.

Absence and Termination

12 session programs permit 2 sessions of absents.
8 session programs permit 1 session of absent.

For any absent sessions in addition to what is mentioned above, the session will be deducted from the number of sessions remaining.

After the maximum capacity of absence is reached, the recurrent absent sessions will be automatically terminated not be recovered.

All of your sessions shall be completed in the official duation of your registerd package; if you have remaining sessions left after the official end date, it will automatically be terminated and not valid to be recovered.

Delay in Arrival

any delay beyond 10 minutes will result in session termination and it will not be recoverable.

Sport Wear

Please have a small towel, sports shoes, and sport wear (if applicable). In case of not having the mentioned items, this will result in session termination and it will not be recoverable.

Policy of the Club

Incase of overlap with any male clients, we will call you from the club and change your appointment

You shall arrive on time

Your session shall be tarminated if you arrive more than 10 minutes late

You shall bring sports shoes and a small towel if necessary

Your package shall be compeleted within 1 month

Any session remaining after 1 month shall be terminated without refunds

Incase of any emergencies or trips or etc, please contact us via whatsapp so your sessions can be frozen
